Food For Anxiety

So today I learned there are foods that can help with anxiety and foods that make it worse. Now I know that this is completely different then what I usually blog about but I haven't gotten any responses so I decided to write about something new that might interest people. There's a list I found online I'll post the link below. I'll list the foods here for anyone that doesn't want to look at the link. On the website there are also foods you should avoid eating. Social Anxiety Forums

Hello to who ever is reading, so I have gone online and found many Social Anxiety Forums that can probably give you guys a little more help with your anxiety. These forums have information about SAD and there are a lot of people with SAD that talk about there experiences with the Disorder which is great. To find many of these forums you can go to Google.com and type " Social Anxiety Forums" you can join any of these forums there very helpful and show you that your not alone. Social Anxiety Disorder Outfit Idea

A new SAD outfit a little bit more "Stand Outish". This outfit is for more calm settings like going to lunch or maybe your job depending where you work. Lots of these pictures are from google. I'm pretty sure you can find an outfit like this at forever 21 or macys. This is more of a cute casual look which I totally love. I think that people might look at you which is something you probably don't want but I feel that you will get lots of compliments that will boost your confidence. This outfit doesn't scream "HEY LOOK AT ME" it's more like a person that dresses well. Hope you like.

New Year, New Me, New You

I am so sorry for not blogging for such a long time had to get ready for the new year lot of things that needed to be organized and left behind before entering the new year. My life is completely brand new for this year since it's 2013 I have my head up high and I'm ready for whats to come. I hope you guys are ready for this new year. I know it can be scary to enter the new year with Social Anxiety and being afraid that this year would be like last year . I know it's easier said then done but everyday we dwell on our anxiety instead of just putting it behind us and trying to think positive. I'm not saying that you should throw yourself in social situations because I know how hard that can be but what I am saying is that you should think about doing it. Picture yourself doing these things convince yourself that you can do these things. Don't feel bad when you can't do it just think everyday I'm going to go out today and have fun even if it may be myself I'm still going to try to focus on whats out there for me. Like instead of thinking about what people think of you just try to think " I DON'T CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK" Repeat that over and over every time you start getting really anxious. Don't second guess yourself when you think , that the little voice in your head is about to come out and say " Go back home you can't do this" You block it by saying " YES I CAN AND I WILL". Give it a try this is a new year try to take those risks. I really would like if someone commented on my posts so I can be able to have an idea of what your going through. Don't be afraid to post I'm here to help. We can get through this together. Hopefully come out of this as a Success Story. Happy New Year !!! Also changed the look of the blog a bit :)
