Food For Anxiety

So today I learned there are foods that can help with anxiety and foods that make it worse. Now I know that this is completely different then what I usually blog about but I haven't gotten any responses so I decided to write about something new that might interest people. There's a list I found online I'll post the link below. I'll list the foods here for anyone that doesn't want to look at the link. On the website there are also foods you should avoid eating.
